Return&Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Rophie! Our goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction! But in the event something isn’t quite right, we've made the return process super easy.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel transactions at any time before Rophie begins the shipping process. The shipping process typically begins within 30 minutes of the placement of the order. If unable to cancel an order before shipping, customers can make returns in accordance with Rophie’s Return Policy.
Returns
Items purchased from Rophie can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that Rophie will not accept returns beyond 30 days of delivery (this excludes
returns for defects or quality issues which can be accepted after inspection and approval by Rophie).
For returns of products purchased online at Rophie.com, customers need to contact Rophie customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. To be eligible for return, items must be in the original packaging
Return and Exchange Process:
Contact our customer support team at support@rophie.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Refunds:
After receiving the returned item, Rophie will issue a refund within 7 ~10 business days. Rophie will notify the customer by email once the refund has been processed. If the refund isn’t received after 7~10 business days, please contact the Rophie Customer Support Team. All returned items will be inspected to insure they meet Rophie’s return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the shipping costs for the return of the damaged or defective item.
Non-Refundable Items:
Some items may be non-refundable due to their nature or for hygienic reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable in their product description. Please ensure you read and understand the return conditions for each item before making a purchase.
Changes to This Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
